Local Missions Trip in Northern California
On November 7th, 2010 we all have the opportunity to share the love of Christ with those whom we may consider to be from "the ends of the earth" without leaving our Jerusalem. You may not be aware of this but the largest Sikh population in the U.S. is located in Yuba City, California where you will also find the largest Sikh temple in the world. We would like to encourage you to go, get out of your comfort zone, experience a different culture, develop friendships and share the love of Christ with others. We have included the following information to help you understand a bit about the Sikh religion, the people, their history & culture and a few ideas on how you can witness to them.
